Will Loughnane

Will has been working in the entertainment industry all his life. His extensive background is a mix of technical, production, artist-facing and business. He started out making indie films and building theatre sets. Over 10 years ago, he focused on visuals for large scale concerts. In recent years he has been in more senior roles, including; HOD for a main Irish visuals company, freelance production manager, music publisher and artist management. He also runs an investment business and has a masters in Financial Management. Through years of experience in multiple areas of the music industry and a strong finance background he provides an in-depth understanding of what is required to get the best from live productions.

Johanna Gustavsson

Johanna has always worked in music. Originally from Sweden, her background is as a touring FOH sound engineer where she established herself early in her career. She is very well respected and has many career highlights. She was a communication manager in Women in Live Music. In recent years, she has transitioned into tour and production management. From a background of sound engineering Swedish metal bands, she is now the go-to TM/PM for Yung Lean. She lives in the west of Ireland where she also runs a successful tattoo studio. When not on tour or tattooing she surfing or exploring her own artistic nature.
